The reliable ankle boot will always see you through the festival season and this year, it takes form in a multitude of lust-worthy silhouettes and finishes. The ones you should invest in are; the peep-toe as seen at Vera Wang and on the tootsies of Leigh Lezark (make sure you’re pedi is on top form if you rock this look), the cowboy boot as seen at Coach 41 and on Alessandra Ambrosio (she’s killing it this year), and metallic finishes as seen at Rodarte and on Francis Bean Cobain.

If you love colour and live for summer, the Mexican Motifs trend is the one for you. Tipped as the new fringing, pom-pom embellishment is one of the most important festival trends for 2016. Don’t believe us? Millie Mackintosh wore them in her hair at Coachella, Sofie Valkiers sported a playsuit with pom-pom trim and Romme Strijd kept her goodies safe in a fun shoulder bag – not to mention Dolce & Gabbana adorned pretty much all their shoes and accessories for their S/S ’16 RTW collection with ‘em. Another notable silhouette from this trend is the Huarache sandal, as seen at Salvatore Ferragamo and on Whitney Port.
