Record Store Day 2013 takes place on April 20th with over 200 Independent Record Stores throughout the UK and Ireland taking part. The stores will be holding a variety of in store events and will be selling exclusive vinyl and CD releases created specifically for the event.

Now in its sixth year, Record Store Day is a celebration of the culture, the community and the spirit of the indie record shop and is one of the highlights of the year for music and vinyl lovers everywhere.

Record Store Day is organised by the Entertainment Retailers Association and is supported by Clarks Originals, who have created a collection of limited edition vinyl desert boots to mark the day. A brand that has always been associated with music and culture, this is a collaboration that makes perfect sense.
