A new store concept

We’re listening, Gen Zers – our new store concept is unveiled with a laser focus on this specific demographic. Adaptable merchandising, digital integration and convenient payment were held at the core of this installation.

The highly flexible TwentyTwenty store environment consists of versatile materials, a bespoke wall system and multifunctional plinths, which allow us to quickly adapt to changing markets and trends. This modern design lets our product speak for itself and serve that distinct schuh flair all at once.

Gender neutral shopping experience

Knowing what’s important to our Gen Z shoppers, the versatile store allows us to move away from traditional men’s and women’s categorisation and present our sports offering as gender neutral with categorisation only by brand. We’ve always had the ‘wear what you want, how you want’ approach and it’s more important now, than ever.

Dynamic storytelling

Bridging the gap between online and in store, digital screens are seamlessly integrated into the walls with the freshest content our design team has to offer. We’re talking inspiring graphics, edgy campaign footage and of course, the latest kicks. As if that wasn’t enough, a giant screen at the back of the store acts as an anchor to draw customers through.

With such a dynamic space in which product and storytelling are at the forefront, we couldn’t let big cash desks get in the way. So we got rid of them. Handheld payment devices allow staff to be as flexible as possible and serve customers where they’re sat. Least effort possible, right?
