Sun, Serves, & Centre Court Energy: SheCanServe x schuh

Game. Set. schuh. Wimbledon wasn’t the only place where tennis magic was happening on Saturday, as we teamed up with SheCanServe: a female-led tennis community bringing vibes with a side of tennis. 

We created the ultimate game day vibe at the weekend’s SheCanServe meet-up at Battersea Park Tennis Courts: the sun showed up, the serves were flying, and the energy was fully Centre Court-coded. From tennis lessons and friendly games to some much-needed schuh scoops courtesy of Gussy’s Ice Cream, the day was all about trying something new, meeting new people, and having the best time while doing it.

Meet the SheCanServe Community

SheCanServe is all about making tennis feel more open, inclusive, and fun for women –  whether you’re serving aces or just figuring out which end of the racket to hold. What started as a viral TikTok account quickly became something much bigger, with a community that has introduced hundreds of women to tennis through weekly courses, social events, and welcoming sessions.

Total beginner? You’re invited. Haven’t played since school? Grab a racket. Already serving like a pro? There’s space for you, too. SheCanServe switches up the traditional tennis rulebook in the best way – no exclusive-club energy, no pressure to get everything right, and no need to arrive knowing your forehand from your backhand.

With the weather on point and the courts ready, the SheCanServe x schuh meet-up at Battersea Park brought the community together for a stunning afternoon of sun, serves, and Centre Court energy. And after all that movement, Gussy’s Ice Cream had the cool-down fully covered (tennis + ice cream = an elite combo).

Of course, we have to mention what was on feet. The SheCanServe community served serious court-coded vibes in the sleek Nike Tennis Classic, sported in fresh white and pink colourways. Instantly iconic? We think so.
